Ignazio NuccioIgnazio Nuccio has been the creative director for Bustronome since May 2021. Ignazio creates accessible, seasonal and contemporary French cuisine utilising different cooking techniques from around the world. He has adapted his skills from a michelin star restaurant to cooking fine dining on wheels, and brings together an aesthetic and harmonious meal on your plate.
