Is the bus accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Our crew will assist you climbing the 7 stairs to our panoramic terrace, we have room to store a wheelchair at the lower deck. Should you prefer to stay at the lower deck you need to contact us to make sure we can arrange to welcome you the best circumstances.
How do I book a table in the Bustronome?
Reservations can only be made online on our website.
A reservation is confirmed once payment has gone through.
Is it possible to change a booking in case of a change in circumstances?
Yes, it’s possible to change a reservation without charge up to 24 hours before the service.
I want to be upstairs and near a window, is that possible?
Our 38 seats are all upstairs, and each table has a window.
How can I be sure I won’t end up sharing my table with strangers?
We guarantee that we will never put people who don’t know each other at the same table.
Is it possible to come with a baby?
Yes, on the condition that we are notified in advance so we can reserve a larger table.
Do you accept pets?
Yes, if they are small Well trained and well behaved or any other.
I want to offer a lunch/dinner at the Bustronome as a gift, how would I do this?
We have a gift card system in the form of a code, which will allow the recipient to come to lunch/dinner according to their availability.The gift card is valid for 6 months.

Will there be any explanation during the tour?
Yes, Our audiopen recorded system will provide comments on tour in 9 languages.
How much time does one tour last?
2h45 minutes for dinner and 1h45 minutes for lunch.
Can you get off the Bus during the journey to take photos?
The 360° panoramic view is perfect for taking photos from your table and the aisles; we will drive in front of the monuments and stop briefly in front of each one.
Is it possible to order drinks on the bus?
Yes for soft drinks.
No, for alcohol, but we have a fine selection of beers, wines and spirits that can be pre-ordered. Once aboard you can drink all pre-ordered alcool but British regulation forbid this sales in vehicles.
Is it possible to order more alcoholic drinks on the bus?
No, we will not sell alcoholic drinks on tour, however it is always possible to order a bit more in advance, we will refund any bottle that has not been opened.
Do you take any food allergies or intolerances into account?
Yes, we know how to cater for any type of nutritional constraints. However, it is necessary to notify us via the reservation form or on the telephone at 02037 445 554.
Is it possible to smoke on the bus?
No, smoking is not permitted.
Is there any space to put suitcases or strollers?
Yes, there is cloakroom with some space available for luggage.
The children’s menu is suitable up to what age?
Up to 12 years old.
