Bustronome’s culinary universe is refined and creative. As such menus offer a tasting format composed of 4 dishes for lunch, 6 for dinner. Midday or evening, there are menus that come on their own or with their wine pairing.
The creativity of our chefs enables great British products in accordance with the seasons.

A totally new, innovative concept offers individual multilingual comments during the visit. With a priority given to social interaction and sharing, we provide our Audiopens to learn about every secret of London.
To ensure access on board we take reservations up to 6 hours before the departure.
You can book online or by phone at +44 (0) 20 37 44 55 54. In case of unforeseen eventualities, we accept cancellations up to 24 hours before departure and we refund the entire amount paid without charge.
British regulation does not allow the sale of alcohol aboard the bus but only the enjoyment drinks you have pre ordered. Bottle left unopened ? No problem at all, you can get a refund at no extra charge.
Vincent Thiessé has been the creative director for Bustronome since its launch in October 2014.
Vincent creates accessible, seasonal and contemporary French cuisine using other elements from around the world. He has adapted his skills to cooking on wheels, and brings together an aesthetic and harmonious meal on your plate.

Pascal Even is the creative culinary mind behind the London based GAZETTE restaurants group, Chef Pascal works together with our Paris team to produce our London menu, integrating his Michelin star background with the constrains of cooking on wheels, with no compromise on taste.
